The Miller Law Firm is an Estate Planning and Elder Care law firm located in Collin County, Texas.  We are committed to making sure your plan will keep up with all of life’s little changes (and the big ones too!) and will work when your family needs it.

• No hourly billing. Everything we do is billed on a flat fee basis, agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises about what something will cost you. No need to be afraid to call, we won’t send you a bill unless we’ve agreed to it in advance and you know what you are paying for.
• Responsive, team-based approach. When you call with a quick question, your questions will be answered by our team members so you don’t have to wait hours or days for a phone call back. Need to talk with me about something strategic or legal in nature? We will schedule a call on the calendar when we are both available so there’s no more phone tag.
• Regular contact from us with helpful, relevant information. In addition to the monthly print newsletter that you have here, we also started a weekly electronic magazine (e-zine). In both we will talk about keys to your family’s financial freedom, simple strategies for more wealth, health, and happiness, and how to provide the very best for you and your family. • Regular review of your legal documents. Your legal documents must be maintained so they continue to work the way you intended when you set them up. To make sure that happens, we will review your plan at least every three years, and for those that are on our Family Wealth VIP Membership program, we will conduct this review and update your documents annually.
• Priceless Conversations. Your wealth is more than just the stuff you own. Your assets also include your intellectual, spiritual, and emotional assets as well.
